Sign-in and account guidance

Use the right fix for the issue
Login issues need different checks. A late OTP is not the same as a rejected password, and a blank form is not an account recovery problem. Identify the symptom before changing anything.
Begin by naming the symptom: no OTP, wrong password, page reload, app freeze, or account message
OTP and password problems
For a late OTP, wait and review the mobile signal. For a rejected password, enter it manually once and review the keyboard settings. Use recovery instead of repeated guesses when access still fails.
Do not give OTPs or passwords to anyone offering a shortcut to account recovery
- Record the precise point of failure
- Try again once using verified information
- Use the recovery flow when sign-in details are rejected
- Record the error without including private account information
Stale cache and ended sessions
An expired browser or app session can make the sign-in screen loop. Clear the relevant cache once; if the error returns, investigate the network, profile status or service instead of repeating the same step.
When using a browser, avoid private tabs that delete session details mid-flow. When using the application, avoid switching networks while logging in
Collect the details support will need
A useful support request lists the device, time, page and visible error in a few lines. Crop any screenshot that contains a mobile number, profile ID or other private detail.
